人生的多变,很多时候让人不晓得如何会开始热爱某种事和物,Wendy也是如此。认识烘培初期,她不相信烘培面包是可以让人深深的感动。可是,如今,她却 深深的相信,一个面包、一个蛋糕、一块饼干和一个甜品,会教许多人感动,许多人幸福,许多人怀念。
暖暖的午后,是Wendy最爱的时光,她爱在这悠闲的时光里找着烘焙的新方程式;创意本来就是要在思绪最轻松的时候,才可发挥到淋漓尽致的,而Wendy深深的相信这一点。
Wendy谈起她对烘焙的感动时,往往忘不了那段在台湾面包店工作的日子。热腾腾和香喷喷的面包,让她领悟,原来烘培面包带给面包师傅最大的满足感,便是见到所有尝到面包的人,当下那种洋溢在脸上的幸福。
那带着幸福微笑的脸庞,让她下定了决心,踏上这可为自己为别人享受幸福的“烘培道路”。
热爱烘焙的Wendy进修了专业烘培课程和中西餐烹饪科系。她专业于烘培蛋糕、面包、小西点、法式点心、欧式蛋糕、日式点心、蛋糕装饰、汉点、中餐及西餐等。
Wendy深信每个蛋糕、每个面包和每个甜蜜的饼干,是亲手制作的温暖; 她从家庭式烘培为事业的起点,她开始教课,烘制蛋糕、饼干和面包。 后来她开创了BS 烘培小站。她的学生来自全马各地,此外也有部分学生来自国外,包括汶莱、印尼、纽西兰及中国。
Wendy静静聆听那阳光洒落的声音、嗅那草儿呼吸的气息、看那红红的吊兰在风里荡漾,她的心记得那带着幸福微笑的脸庞。

The uncertainty of life, many’s the time led us unconsciously started to enjoy some kind of matter or thing with gusto, and there is no exception for Wendy. When she first explored to the world of baking, she had no faith at all that this troublesome task could have deeply moved anyone. But now, she is with strong belief a bread, a cake and even sweets has the power to touch someone’s heart, filled people with joy, and make it the fondly beautiful memory.
In the evening, with soft and gentle sunlight, it is Wendy’s favorite hour, she likes in this leisurely and carefree time looking for new formula of baking technique. She firmly believe in creativity can only be incisively displayed when the state of mind is in the most relaxing form.
If you ask Wendy to share her feeling on baking, she certainly would never forget her working experience at a bakery in Taiwan. The steaming hot bread which shrouded the bakery in fragrant led her to realize a baker’s greatest satisfaction is through the happiness brimful faces on each of those who are enjoying the bread.
That is these faces brimming over with happiness and smile let her set firm resolve to tread on the “path of baking” which she trusted with the ability to bring happiness to oneself and the others.
With the great fondness, Wendy took up advanced cooking courses in Eastern, Western cuisine and baking. She is the specialist in various style cakes baking, making pastry and dessert, not to mention Western and Eastern style, she is also an expert in French and Japanese style.
Wendy deeply believed each cake, bread and sweet cookie are the home-made warmth; She kicked start her currier with home-made baking style, and then she started to teach, baking cake, bread and cookie. Not long after, she founded the BS Bakery. Up to now she has taught more than thousand students from all over the country, some of them from country like Brunei, Indonesia, New Zealand and China.
Wendy calmly listens respectfully the sound which that sunlight sprinkle smells the sweet fragrant that grasses breathe, look at the blue green color bracket plant ripples in the wind; her heart remembered those happiness brimful faces.

Rasa terbaik hanyalah perasaan manis. Satu kenangan yang manis amat disanjungi oleh setiap insan, hanyalah kenangan yang manis dapat diingati sehayat hidup.
Adakah anda mempunyai kenangan yang manis ? Adakah kenangan manis anda diraikan bersama makanan manisan seperti kek, biskut dan roti ? Kenangan manis Wendy diraikan bersama “rasa manis” apabila anak-anak muridnya berjaya menghasilkan kek, biskut dan roti yang enak.
“Sebuah meja yang disarati dengan aneka juadah masih tidak terasa semrpuna tanpa dihiasi dengan makanan manisan di tengah-tengah.” Wendy berkata.
Pada pendapat Wendy , makanan manisan seperti kek, biskut, roti dan sebagainya adalah penting untuk menyempurnakan pelbagai majlis.
Semasa Wendy menuntut di universiti di Taiwan, dia bekerja di kedai kek. Dia begitu tertarik kepada bidang membuat kek dan pastri. Sejak itu, seni membuat kek dan pastri telah menjadi sebahagian daripada hidupnya yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Dia menceburi bidang bakeri selepas balik dari Taiwan.
Wendy telah membuka kedai bahan-bahan keknya yang pertama pada tahun 1998. Dia sentiasa menghadiri pelbagai seminar dan kursus lanjutan di luar negeri untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pengalamannya dalam bidang bakeri.
Wendy telah mengadakan kursus membuat kek dan pastri kepada sesiapa yang berminat. Anak-anak muridnya berasal dari seluruh Malaysia, mereka yang mengambil kursus mampu menceburi bidang bakeri.
